Richmond Hill Wild Park

About the Richmond Hill Wild Park

Once a municipal wasteland and convenient illegal dumping place, this will be the future green glory of Richmond Hill. First the vision of one of our residents, now shared by the SRA and many supporters, residents are now committed to transforming this lovely piece of land in the heart of Port Elizabeth from dump site to community park.

This is a work inprogress, therefore, when visiting the park in summer, please remember that its hot and dry and newly planted flora may need a help in terms of water. Its so easy, just take a two by two litre cooldrink bottles each time you visit to enjoy nature!
