Operational
The RHSRA is governed by a Board of Directors made up of members of the community who are all volunteers. They are accountable to the property owners for good governance and to ensure that the levy collected from you is spent wisely, in the best interest of Richmond Hill and in line with NMBM’s SRA policy.

The Board of Directors provides strategic direction and prepares proposed budgets and plans for approval by the RHSRA members at the RHSRA Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is convened annually. The Board of Directors is elected by RHSRA members at the AGM. Only RHSRA members have voting rights at the AGM and any property owner in Richmond Hill can become a member of the SRA.

The Richmond Hill SRA NPC is run by a volunteer Management Team. This team manages all staff and contracts with the service providers. They also ensure compliance with NMBM requirements.

The RHSRA Committees provide direction for the daily operations and projects undertaken by RHSRA. All committees are chaired by a Chairman, one or more directors and the members made up of volunteers who live locally. In the RHSRA office is operated by the Office Administrator and an intern.

The work is done by the administrative assistant, patrollers, the cleaning staff and the Supervisor.
