Board of Directors

The Richmond Hill SRA is governed by a Board of Directors made up of (min 3, max 10) members of the community who are all volunteers.  The Richmond Hill SRA strives to have a Board representative of the demographics of the area and is elected by SRA members at the Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors are democratically mandated to govern the SRA in it’s entirety. The Board of Directors provides strategic direction and prepares proposed budgets and plans for approval by the Richmond Hill SRA's members at the AGM.

They are accountable to the community for good governance and to ensure that the levy collected from you as a ratepayer is spent wisely, in the best interest of Richmond Hill and in line with the Municipality’s SRA policy.
